has over 38 years of residential Estate Agency experience and was a partner in the original Brian Morton & Co. prior to its acquisition by Halifax in 1987. After a spell as Regional Executive in Northern Ireland for Halifax, he bought the business in 1999, and is proud to have been behind the resurgence of the brand. He remains passionate about the business and, in particular, about professional standards, customer service and quality.

A huge sports fan, he is a former captain of Instonians Cricket Club. Heavily involved in charity work, he is the trustee of the NI Children to Lapland Trust and the founder chairman of the NI region of the Lord's Taverners. He is also an accomplished after dinner speaker.


has 16 years experience in residential sales and lettings, 13 of which were with Templeton Robinson. She joined us at our Cregagh Road branch to look after the lettings side of the business, however, her enthusiasm for sales is obvious, as is her knowledge of the market. She has recently moved to our Cavehill Road branch where she is responsible for ensuring, among other duties, proper feedback from viewer to vendor and for proactively managing our interactive mailing list system and she is relishing being back on the 'sales side' of Estate Agency.


having obtained a BSc (Hons) 2:1 in Social Administration at the University of Ulster and following a spell in recruitment, Lisa has found her true niche in managing the Rental Department where her interpersonal skills and outgoing personality are key attributes. Nothing is too much trouble for Lisa, who relishes the challenge of helping people find just the right property. After 8 years in the industry, half in sales and half in lettings, she knows both sides of the property market equally as well. She is very capable in advising prospective investors on rental yields/income should they wish to purchase for investment.


a former Senior Administrator for a leading pre-development archaeological company, ADS ltd, with a HNC in Administration and Information Management and a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice, Janine has recently joined the company, bringing with her more than 20 years experience in customer service and 10 years experience in a variety of administrative and managerial roles. Her principal areas of responsibility are the provision of excellent customer service through the preparation of our high quality, multi-photographic brochures, ongoing maintenance of the company's website and accompanying interfaces, and to provide a support service to both our Sales and Lettings teams at the Cavehill branch.

Has been involved in the property industry now for over 10 years. Having gained an Advanced GNVQ in Business and Finance, she worked, first for a construction company and, latterly in the rental and management side of the business, which qualifies her perfectly for her current role within the company. Her principal responsibilities are in rental valuations and landlord liaison, as well as working closely with tenants, from viewings to check-ins, inventories and regular inspections.

is our independent Mortgage and Financial advisor with Flexible Mortgages. After 7 years product management experience, both in Belfast and Nottingham, she qualified as a Mortgage Advisor. After working in a Nottingham based mortgage brokers for 3 years, she returned home in 2009, since which time she has built a wealth of industry experience.



is heavily involved in the day-to-day administrations of the Lettings business. She is responsible for ensuring that all potential tenants are fully referenced, to safeguard our landlord's interest and for helping tenants through the process and through their tenancy.
